During this class, students will learn about and experiment with line and shading techniques in pen & ink to create the illusion of form, texture and value. In addition we learn how to incorporate other media such as watercolor and colored pencil and work with “quick and dirty” sketching to more finished renderings. We're going to take a pen & pencil drawing and suck it into Photoshop, clean it up, strip the coloured pencil out and recolour it. Pen & Ink Drawing Techniques at the Art Gallery of Viera.
